Our customers

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. Our 2008 status survey gave us a real insight into the backgrounds, beliefs and requirements of our residents and service users.

The results of the 2008 STATUS survey identify that the majority of tenants are aged between 25 and 54 (66%), live in households that are either one or two parent families with children under 16 (34%) or single adults on their own (34%); have a household income of between £100-199 per week (32%); and are not working or are retired (24% retired; 39% employed). High proportions have limiting disabilities (38%).
