Our vision
Circle 33’s vision is to provide Great Homes, Reliable Services, and Local Solutions, and our core purpose is to improve people’s life chances.
To deliver the vision and core purpose we have developed core values as an agreed set of standards of how we work with other members of Circle Anglia and with our customers. These are:
- People – are at the heart of everything that we do
- Partnership – our way of working together
- Brand – a sense of belonging
- Belief – in our organisation, ourselves and our ability to grow
The core values shape how we deliver and our five year business plan maps out what we do. The five year business plan is updated each year and has four themes;
- So much more performance: to deliver reliable and effective services that meet the needs and aspirations of our customers – aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- So much more customer satisfaction: To be in the Top Decile of overall customer satisfaction compared to peers and local authority partners by 2013.
- So much more financial strength: To improve efficiency in all areas to optimise financial capacity and allow high levels of investment in existing properties/services and the development of new ones.
- So much more growth: To increase the numbers of homes provided through organic and inorganic growth and deliver key growth opportunities.
The vision is translated into service delivery through the business, team and service improvement plans; and individual staff objectives.
