Training and employment
If you are interested in improving your skills and your chances of employment, we can provide you with advice and information and can put you in touch with agencies that can help you access training and also help you look for work.
Wherever possible we will try and help with any issues that stop you from accessing training and employment for example childcare, language needs, and other practical issues that you may need help with. We have a programme of apprenticeships with our construction partners, in a range of skills including building work, administration, security, resident liaison etc.
