Paul Rickard to join Circle as Director of Corporate Finance
The New Year will welcome Paul Rickard as Director of Corporate Finance at Circle. This will build on Circle’s corporate finance team’s success in securing over £2b of facilities to enhance the liquidity position of the Group, fund the affordable homes programme and structure successful growth opportunities in challenging economic circumstances.
In his new role, Paul will focus on the development of financial risk management and develop the Group's corporate funding structures to maximise Circle’s ability to react to opportunities and support growth within the organisation.
Paul has over 10 years commercial experience with the ‘Big 4’ accountancy firms and a high growth corporate finance boutique in the affordable housing sector. Paul joins Circle’s award wining finance team after five and a half years as Director at Trade Risks where he launched Landericus, a German residential property fund, and managed over £750m in recent own name registered provider issues. He also serves on the board of Family Housing (Birmingham) Limited.
