Estate Inspections

Residents can attend estate inspections with key housing staff to discuss local issues around their area. Most inspections take place from 10 am.

Residents who live in a small block not shown on the main larger estate schedule below, can request an inspection of the communal areas. We will agree with you a mutually convenient time to ensure any concerns you have are looked at with your caretaker. After the inspection you will then be provided with a timeframe to address any failures.
