Large Estates Allocation Fund (LEAF)

High Path Merton Merton Priory Homes (MPH) has dedicated an annual budget of £211,000 to be spent across the largest 22 estates from April 2011. This is one of the transfer promises and is a new additional benefit for MPH residents.

The large estates allocation fund (LEAF) is designed to help residents living on larger estates decide what improvements* they want in their area. This could be to improve the quality of life for MPH residents by helping to make additional environmental improvements to communal areas or support local activities that will strengthen resident communities.

If you have an idea for improvment

  • Speak to your neighbourhood officer or Chair of your residents association on your estate (if there is one)
  • All ideas will be considered and residents consulted on the proposals

The budget could be spent annually or saved up to pay for larger scale improvements. Funding has been allocated according to the number of tenants in each neighbourhood.
