Leaseholders
Since the 1st October 2010, Circle Living has taken responsibility for the management of Merton Priory Homes(MPH) Leasehold homes.
The service is provided locally through a leasehold team based at MPH office at the The Grange along side all other MPH staff.
Circle Living is part of the Circle Housing Group and manages non-social housing properties on behalf of most partners in the group. This includes partners such as Circle 33 Housing Trust, Old Ford Housing, Wherry Housing, Roddons Housing, Russet Homes, South Anglia Housing and Merton Priory Homes.
