Service Charge Paying Freeholders
Since the 1st October 2010, Circle Living has been responsible for managing service charge paying freeholder services.
Circle Living is part of Circle and manages non-social housing properties on behalf of most partners in the group. This includes partners such as Circle 33 Housing Trust, Old Ford Housing, Wherry Housing, Roddons Housing, Russet Homes, South Anglia Housing, Mole Valley and Merton Priory Homes.
MPH’s Portfolio Management Team is located at The Grange along side all other MPH staff, but have the added benefit of being part of the Circle Living team who specialise in leasehold and service charge paying freeholder management.
