Applying for Rented Accommodation
Who do I apply to?
Mole Valley Housing Association works in partnership with Mole Valley District Council to allocate our homes.
Since April 2011, "Mole Valley Home Choice" Choice Based Lettings scheme has changed from a "points based" to a "banding" assessment system. To find more information about available homes and to help you make informed choices about where you want to live, please click on the following link 'Mole Valley Home Choice'. If you are currently a Mole Valley Housing Association tenant who wishes to transfer to alternative accommodation, you will need to register with Mole Valley District Council through the Choice Based Lettings system.
Our Housing Stock is let through a Choice Based Lettings system (CBL) which is administered by Mole Valley District Council (MVDC)
