Residents who want to represent a small local area or a block can join staff on inspections of their block or estate. Participating in these inspections involves walking around your estate with your Customer Service Manager and caretaking staff to help identify any issues and problems on your estate.

Residents who choose to join in on estate or block inspections have the opportunity to act as the vital link between other residents and staff as your involvement will effectively improve communications by bringing to the attention of staff any repairs or improvement requests.
