Development at Russet Homes
We have a thriving development programme and are now working with the Circle Anglia Group to provide new homes throughout Kent.
There are properties under construction at:
- Kings Hill - A rolling programme of 150 new units mostly rented but with some
shared ownership (3.8 MB) properties.
- Mount Nod - in Greenhithe, about five minutes from the Bluewater Shopping Centre, is a new development of 25 one and two bedroom flats, 10 for rent and 25 for shared ownership. All the two-bed flats have en-suite shower rooms, and the shared ownership flats are carpeted throughout and have fully fitted kitchens, including gas hobs and electric ovens.
