Mystery Shopping
We now have approximately 150 resident mystery shoppers who "shop" Russet services such as repairs, anti-social behaviour, planned maintenance and resident involvement, by phoning or e-mailing us, writing to us, or visiting our offices, or reporting back on visits they have received from Russet staff.
We carry out three exercises a year and offer an incentive of £20 Love to Shop vouchers to all shoppers who complete an exercise and provide the relevant information.
