Most of our housing management services are provided by staff based at our two Regional Offices (58 KB) at Tonbridge and Larkfield.

Our services are underpinned by our Service Excellence Standards, which demonstrate our commitment to providing high quality services in an efficient and user-friendly way. We have also issued a set of guarantees (154 KB)setting out five promises relating to services and programmes that we aim to provide over the next two years.
