How to make rent payments

There are a number of ways in which payments can be made.

Online, using your Allpay card

Russet Allpay Card You should have by now recieved your Allpay payments card through the post. You can use this to pay your rent online. Just visit www.allpayments.net, and use the PAN number (the long number on the front) to log in.

We also accept payments by:

Standing Order (49 KB)
Debit Card
Credit Card
Cheque or Postal Orders
Cash

Russet rent office
Payments can be made:

At any Post Office
At Paypoint outlets
Over the telephone
Through the Tenants' website
At our cash offices
Through the post (cheques or postal orders only)
