Rent is a weekly charge paid by residents for the occupancy of their home. Whichever method of payment you choose, you remain responsible for payments reaching your account on time. Please quote your tenancy reference number on all payments.
When you moved into your new home, you signed a tenancy agreement that requires you to pay your rent weekly in advance. Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract. If you do not keep to it, there are steps we can take to end your tenancy. Don’t let this happen to you!
How can I pay my rent?
All rents are due weekly in advance. If you wish to pay monthly you need to pay monthly in advance. You can pay your rent by the following methods:
• Over the Internet
You will need to enter your rent payment card details.
Allpay's secure payments website.

Or by calling Allpay: 24 hour payment line
0844 557 8321
• Using the Allpay system
You can use your rent payment swipe card at post offices, shops and garages across the United Kingdom showing an e.pay, Payzone or Paypoint sign. Go to Allpay outlets to find out your nearest place to pay. You will receive a receipt showing the date and the amount paid. The receipt is your only proof of payment – please check it carefully before leaving the counter and then keep it in a safe place for future reference. Also allow 3-4 working days to show on your rent account.
• By Text
You can also pay your rent by text message, using our All Pay service.
To access this option you need to:-
Register with AllPay by going to their Allpayments website Allpay
Provide your credit/debit card and AllPay payment card details and select a Text Code for your payment card. You will automatically receive a Text Password for each credit/debit card you want to use. Once you have registered, you will receive a welcome email and a text confirming that your registration has been accepted.
• By Direct Debit
The direct debit scheme is quick and easy and you do not have to remember when to pay. The scheme is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
