We regularly survey our residents to see what they think of the services we offer.
In January 93.5% of residents surveyed said they were either fairly satisfied or very satisfied with the services we provide as their landlord, which is an increase of 3.6% from December.
We analyse all our feedback to identify any common trends and ensure that the relevant department investigates any issues.
